ABOUT
The Eternus Foundation was incorporated as a Trust in Chennai, Tamil Nadu in India in the year 2005.
We work toward a world where every child experiences life in all its abundance; one where they are cared for and given the opportunities to become everything they’re meant to be; where families are valued and the vulnerable live in confidence as responsible citizens of this nation.
Open to people of all religious persuasions, the aim of the Eternus Foundation is to have these families be influencers in their communities. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact through our pursuit.

the operations
EDUCARE is our strategically holistic educational initiative where the efforts taken to develop children through education are supplemented by intentional and continued interaction with the childrens’ families.
Our aim is to ensure children are educated for life through collective efforts in improving the quality of education and learning outcomes at different levels through financial support and supplementary education programs.
Our OPERATIONS TEAM comprise four staff with education and experience ranging from social work to journalism.
They are responsible for the after school tuition, supervise volunteers, engage with the families and co-ordinate all the activities of the Trust.

The people behind the Eternus Foundation
Ashok Thomas
Our Managing Trustee, he runs a PR agency in Chennai, is active in the community and has served on the Boards of a few prominent institutions, both Christian and otherwise.
Michael Stephen
A Chartered Accountant based in Dubai, he is a Director in one of the biggest business groups in the education sector.
Isaac Thomas
Isaac is a former banker who is now fully dedicated to mission work. Based in the UAE, he pastors the Centre Church which is in Dubai.
Jose Philip
A Marine biologist by training, he left his job in Dubai in 2005 to study for his Masters degrees in Divinity and Theology. After ten years serving in ministry centred around pastoring a church and Christian apologetics, Jose is now pursuing his PhD in Kentucky, USA.
Christo Mathews
An Industrial Engineer with many years in the oil industry and the development sectors across the Middle East and India respectively, he is based in Trivandrum, India.
