The ETERNUS VOLUNTEER programme

the Eternus Volunteer Programme aims to

We look for volunteers to work with Eternus for a minimum period of 3 months as the children need a certain amount of familiarity and continuity to help them study in the learning atmosphere we have established. Our volunteers need to display good clarity of thought and would need to completed their assignments to our satisfaction.

The volunteers would need to teach children from Classes III to XII for     2 - 3 days of the week in the afternoons at any of three our Eternus Study Centres and would work under the supervision of the Eternus team.

They could also be required to conduct any required research and contribute to our current programs and potential future projects, at our office premises. This will involve milestone driven work and will require regular interaction with their mentor in Eternus.

The volunteers will undergo an orientation before being assigned to their respective tasks within Team Eternus.

The orientation focuses on classroom practice, content instruction and internalizing of the values and mindsets needed to drive transformational change that Eternus bases their work on.

Across the months that the volunteer is with us, he/ she will receive ongoing support through a combination of supervision by a Program Co-ordinator through on-the-ground technical, leadership and emotional support as well as being mentored by  by the Eternus leadership team.
