INDUCTION OF STUDENTS:
We inducted 5 new students of Class VII from Anita Methodist for this academic year.

HOUSE VISITS
We did our Annual House Visits across the month of April and May. We do this every year to formally visit the families to find out how they are doing. A part of this is a set of questions that we ask them about their lives from their relationships within the family to their financial situations.
Our observations from the visits are based primarily on the responses we receive from the children and the parents. These give us insights into areas that we need to encourage or work on across the next academic year.
VBS SESSIONS
This year’s VBS was held between the 18th and 22nd of May. The theme for this year ‘Walk by Faith’.
It was led by the Eternus team. 12 students participated across both schools for sessions filled with singing, activities, skits and puppetry.

On the final day of VBS we had group presentation, where each team performed skits and a song based on the theme. The students had creative ideas and every team performed exceptionally well.

We also held a Love feast, where the students brought food that they had prepared themselves, to share with the group.
PARENTS WORKSHOP
We organized a special Parent’s workshop as part of our preparations for the start of the new academic year. It was held on 12th May and was attended by 20 families. Ms. Shalini Manohar and Mr. Inbaraj, RZIM Life Focus Society Organization, were the guest speakers. They spoke on the importance of KYC (Knowing your Child).

They also spoke on Knowing the child, Showing the child and Growing along with the child. The importance of nurturing, the current distractions which the children have, the role of family and their influence over their children were also discussed during the session.
The parents of the newly inducted children told us that they haven’t attended anything like this before and that they look forward to more of this.
